The Pastel Society of America offers an opportunity for pastel artists to compete in a yearly pastel scholarship competition. Many noted pastel artists and instructors donate their talent and time to our scholarship fund. Scholarships are given for instruction only. Travel and living accommodations are the responsibility of the scholarship winner. Every year we receive applications from all corners of the world.; PSA members are not eligible for competition.
